Planet Beach Namao (North Edmonton) is currently seeking 1 Part Time Spa Consultant to join our team! Our busy location is the perfect place to work if you are organized, have the ability to multi task, and enjoy socializing while building relationships with our clients and team.

As a new consultant, you will develop the skills to run the day to day operations of the spa including:

• Building Rapport with Clients
• Becoming and expert on Planet Beach Services
• Learning about our Products
• Sanitizing Service Rooms
• Laundry
• Answering the Phone / Texting Clients
• Booking Appointments
• Showing Clients our Services
• Making Recommendations based on Client goals

Our Ideal Candidate is friendly, conversational, and has a strong ability to multitask and manage time. Our spa is very busy and time management is a critical skill. Serving experience has been shown to transfer across well. Sales experience is an asset as we offer memberships. 

Compensation:

Compensation includes Base Hourly Pay + Commission + Tips with a stepped progression plan for consultants willing to learn and demonstrate sales proficiency.

All team members will receive a complimentary spa membership, with access to everything at our location!

• $19/Hour* - Senior Spa Consultant (demonstrated proficiency with operating spa & is a top producing salesperson)
• $18/Hour* - Junior Spa Consultant (demonstrated ability to manage all tasks independently)
• $17/Hour* - Assistant Consultant (completed training & still requires supervision)
• $16/ Hour - Bed Cleaner & Training Wage

Hours & Availability

We are looking for someone with availability to work Evenings & Weekends. Must be able to consistently work 3 shifts per week. Evening shifts are 4:00pm-9:30pm and Sat/Sun are 10:00am-5:00pm. All team members are required to work some weekend shifts, but not every weekend. 

If your availability is open, some days shifts for holiday coverage in the summer is also likely.
